While working on that project I was inspired by a game of D&D (5e) that I've been playing for about 6 years. The characters are heavily inspired by the real people I’m playing with. Each of them has his own unique personality and flair but still stays in the boundaries of popular mainstream style. It's important to mention that the thought process revolved around several key factors. Firstly, a user-centric approach is essential. Understanding the target audience, their preferences, and the intended emotional response helps in creating relatable and captivating characters. Visual appeal plays a crucial role, as the design must attract attention and convey the desired personality and traits effectively. Consistency ensures that the character fits cohesively within the overarching world and maintains brand integrity. An iterative design process allows for exploration, refinement, and collaboration with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the character meets expectations. Lastly, testing and feedback provide valuable insights, enabling design, proportions, and functionality improvements. Incorporating data-driven insights, such as user testing and analyzing audience reactions, helps create characters that resonate with the target demographic. By combining these elements, designers can craft concept art character models that visually captivate and connect with audiences on a deeper level.

As 2D Game artist, I'm responsible for production of high-quality visual assets from scratch for game backgrounds, UI icons, in-game items, and player cosmetics. "World of Kogaea" is a groundbreaking web3-enabled MMORPG that combines the expansive gameplay of classics like World of Warcraft with the collectible charm of Pokémon.
